What is Plan Design
Plan Design means the documentation required to describe the physical dimensions of the dam, the materials and standards to be used for the construction of the dam, and the criteria to be used for operating the dam. The documents must include design and investigation reports, specifications, and certifications, together with the planned decommissioning and rehabilitation works and outcomes. A design plan may include ‘as constructed’ drawings.
